ahhh my topic…ok..bodybuilding is bodybuilding ok..if you’ve decided to be a bodybuilder thats what you’ll be ok..when you workout..you workout thinking like a bodybuilder..what I mean is this…correct form all the time…hitting the muscle group..with deep concentration..and maintaining a healthy diet..cheat only on last sets..if you wanna gain mass..5-8 reps is should be good for you..if you wanna rip up higher reps like 10 -15 at high intesity with a great diet..you’ve chosen the path of being a pretty boy on bikini…I myself am a powerlifter…the big guy who lifts tons of weight..but its your choice..bodybuilding..or a powerfull powerlifter
