One of the best and biggest tip that i can give you is to focus on improving your lifts. Do powerlifting instead. You’ll get alot stronger than you look, plus, as you get stronger, your body will naturally get bigger. If you want me to help you out, email me at.
You should only think of being a bodybuilder once you build up some good strength in your body.

Workout, ALOT. At least 2 hours, 3 times a week.

eat right, eating greens and fruits, make you slimer so the muscle really shows.
Do benching but keep it relatively light at first, just the bar maybe 10 pounds on each side. WORK YOUR WAY UP i cannot stress that enough it doesn’t matter if others can lift more then you, you don’t want to hurt your self, it could scar you forever in your future life.
Work your back or you will be hunched and look awkward

There are only just a few rules for bulking up muscle tissue.
1. Don’t fall for the must take in more protein myth. That’s been put around a long time and supported by the manufacturers. We get more than enough tissue building protein from the typical western diet and we get more than enough energy from the fats in it. In fact. too much protein intake causes you to lose body water as it breaks down into long chain toxic ketone molecules which are toxic to kidneys. One thing the body building industry won’t tell you is that body builders often have kidney problems from long term use of high protein products. These can range from kidney stones to kidney failure.
2. Start out using light weights to reduce chances of doing too much damage to muscle tissue thus increasing the time it takes for you to see results happening. It’s also unnecessarily painful and can cause loss of full range of motion for a while till the damage heals.
3. Use weights which you can lift for at least 5 reps but not go past 8 reps without difficulty. This is a good rule of thumb for knowing when to up the weights on the bar.
4. Give your body time to rest between sessions on a particular muscle group. At least one day should be about right. Therefore, do either top half Mon, Wed and bottom half of body Tue and Thur then take a day off. Or, do all the pushing muscles on Mon, Wed and the pulling muscles on Tue, Thur. Friday for any areas you wish to work on a bit more intensively. Sat and Sunday rest from weights but do more caridio stuff.
5. Try to keep a positive attitude about it and take it easy if you feel tired or sick.
